We were very disappointed with some of the things that happened. First based on our app someone drove it home overnight and they lived 30 miles away in North Port and so put extra miles on the car. This was never disclosed to me that this was the plan. Also my nice light leather seats and doors had grease all over the place that I had to clean. This is unacceptable in my opinion. More

Contacting the dealership was easy after I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. Ana was the one who gave me a call and she was helpful and was able to get me the information I asked for an vehicle online that I was interested in. When it came down to buying the vehicle, her as well as her manager Shaun was great and made the process easy and not stressful. It was a pleasure to work with Ana from the test drive all the way to her loading my new vehicle for me when it was time to leave. She was there from start to finish checking up on us and overall made it a positive experience with good vibes.
