The lease experience was less than stellar. Salesperson was excellent and I had two leases through him before. Each previous lease took less than 15 minutes and first offer was excellent. In January, I waited three hours and 10 minutes toget my car back after a routine check- up. Most recently, in March, I bought a new matters and expected to be finished in about an hour. Unfortunately, my car did not return to me for over two hours! That is much too long!!! Moore over, the lack of caring for my time is a serious concern. Either earn clients, service will be a day-long problem so we should request a loaner, or figure out why this is happening and fix it. By the way, my friends who have bought through you, have the very same concern so I know this was not just my sad experience. Thank you for giving me the opportunity of sharing my feedback.
