I would like to leave a review about Christopher Lima the GM at Sarasota Lexus. I went there to look for an Is350 F Sport with an appearance package ( Lexus is only making 480 of them BTW) They did not hav GM at Sarasota Lexus. I went there to look for an Is350 F Sport with an appearance package ( Lexus is only making 480 of them BTW) They did not have the car I was looking for, I wanted one fully loaded and their car wasn't. But right from the start Chris the GM was phenomenal he went above and beyond to try and find that car for me. He kept in contact with me through the whole process and he responded quickly to all of my texts and e mails. It was unfortunate that I did not buy my car from them. Chris was so helpful and professional I almost bought another car there other then the one I wanted just to do business with Chris and the dealership. I ended up finding the car I wanted in North Carolina. I am in the process of trading my kids NX 300 and I will for sure go and see Chris to get my next car mind you it's a 130 miles round trip but it would be worth the drive to deal with Chris on my next purchase. More

I do not trust your service technicians. They over charged me for my 15,000 mile service, told me I needed to clean my A/C system and needed a wheel alignment. I stupidly agreed to the A/C cleaning that I am sure was not needed. I have owned five or six Lexus vehicles and never needed any A/C service. So I over paid by about $250 or so for my service. Furthermore, I am not confident all the items I paid for were performed. One for sure was missed, resetting my service clock. I was asked by the vehicle to schedule service after I picked up the car so I reset the service clock myself. Also, I always have my lights on auto and the lights were not on Auto when I got my car back. That is a potential safety issue. Very unhappy with the new ownership More
