did not like the way the financial part of the delivery was handled very much never saying this is the total cost of the extended warranty, program, but this is the cost included in your payment. Also, considering we paid our last car off in less than 2 1/half years with a five year loan, we never had the opportunity of go back to Lexus financial for the better rate the salesman said was available but went to a local bank and I assume that’s because there was a financial reward that was better More
