I have been a customer since 2006 and been pleased with the care and attention given to my car and me as a customer. However, am quite upset. When I called for the complimentary pick up and return, I was the care and attention given to my car and me as a customer. However, am quite upset. When I called for the complimentary pick up and return, I was given a date. It wasn’t until after I reviewed my bill that I saw I was charged $49+. It has always been complimentary and I feel I should have been informed that they are now charging for the service I have come to rely on for the last 16 years. Also, even though the service was wonderful, I was waiting all afternoon for a call as to when my car would be brought back. I had to text at 4:30 and was told it would be the next day. In the past, have always been informed as to the return timing. More
