Had a 10:30 appointment but service line was so backed up I wasn’t able to even check in my car and speak to my advisor until after 11:00. Advisor was nice and provided a good experience despite the long wai I wasn’t able to even check in my car and speak to my advisor until after 11:00. However, I noticed 2 scratch marks on the hood of the car with visible paint damage that we did not have before. More

1st time I had bad experience here. 3 hrs. to get oil change! Checked in for appt. & didn’t talk to advisor for almost an hour because no follow thru on checki-in. I had inquired & 3 hrs. to get oil change! Checked in for appt. & didn’t talk to advisor for almost an hour because no follow thru on checki-in. I had inquired & no one seemed concerned until Richard Drewes overheard conversation & followed thru. Could not understand text video from mechanic (when I finally saw it). No other follow thru re other work to be done until car was ready to leave the lot. Worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Richard Drewes was good tho…..saved the day! More
