We did feel like we were bothering them. We were told to complete the test drive fast because they will be closing soon and we can only go for a very short test drive. Roberto Castrodad was my Advisor. He was EXCELLENT. A lot of times in the past, I have had issues with feeling like my car wasn’t handled with care and not the best customer service- He was EXCELLENT. A lot of times in the past, I have had issues with feeling like my car wasn’t handled with care and not the best customer service- that changed when my Lexus had a unforseen issue with the Ebrake. I brought the car in and within less than 30 minutes, I was in a loaner, warranty confirmed and advised on next steps and a plan. He checked in with me through the time they had my car to make sure I knew what was going on and very quickly responsive to me when I had questions about anything. I’m VERY impressed with the customer service that he showed me and my car feels great again. My Lexus and I thank you for the time and service you provided us. Customer for life. More
