Understaffed and do not return calls. When you select service. Computer says mailbox full. Chat app is waste of time. Asked for human being and response was use another digital request. Must be new owner because never had such runaround under Wilde. Had to drive there to get appointment because service mailbox was full and no human would speak to me. Great product, terrible service. I went into Lexus on very short notice with a tire that was losing air. The staff responded to my issue quickly and efficiently - as it turned out my flat could not be repaired but the tire was replaced b was losing air. The staff responded to my issue quickly and efficiently - as it turned out my flat could not be repaired but the tire was replaced by Lexus at no charge since I had purchased it there 1-1/2 years prior.
