If I could I would give this dealership and their finance department as well as Lexus Financial a NEGATIVE -5 star rating. Purchased a car, did the paperwork for a one pay lease, wrote the check. Week lat department as well as Lexus Financial a NEGATIVE -5 star rating. Purchased a car, did the paperwork for a one pay lease, wrote the check. Week later, got a call paperwork was wrong, sending new. Reviewed and noticed they did not write it as a one pay, rather as a monthly lease. Now getting billed for payments. Back and forth with dealership and Lexus financial told all has been corrected on 12/13. 12/15 text that our payment was due. 12/16 system still not correct despite them telling us it was corrected completely on 12/13. Ready to bring the car back and call it a day. More
