No shortage of excellence I submitted a request for more info about the Ford Escape and an hour before they even opened Patrick replied to the email request. He personally went out a checked the vehicle for me to verify my questions so as not to waste a trip as it was a fair distance to the dealer fro my house. I arrived early to my appointment and he greeted me right away and took me on a no pressure test drive. He allowed me to check every aspect of the car and once I finished worked up a fantastic deal for me. He then had me work with Frank on financing and when I accidentally left a page there Frank emailed me the page I was missing so I would have a copy and not have to drive back. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. As it states in the title. There is no shortage of excellence from them. Go buy from them, you won't regret it! More

He is a great salesperson without the frantic pushing for a sale and without the feeling of insincerity that often accompanies these salespeople. He introduced me to others who could help and I enjoyed talking with all of them, including Chuck Johnson with whom I had a very interesting conversation while I signed a million papers. It's a great team--it made me glad to have bought a car there because I know that when I go back for maintenance or a car wash I will be in competent and friendly hands. More
