Chuck, my finance manager, had all of my paperwork in order and was able to clearly explain the various options offered. The paperwork was painless and handled quickly. The tutorial of the car with Christian was a lot to try and take in, but it was thorough and with additional help available as necessary, I was satisfied with my basic understanding of the car when I drove it off the lot.
