We walked out of the dealership. The next day, we made the trip to Wilde Lexus and met Carl Carpenter, Internet Sales Manager. He honored everything in his on-line quote. We settled on a fair trade-in value for our 2010 Lexus. In less than 2 hours, we had inspected our new RX350, signed paperwork, and were ready to get trained on all the technology on the new Lexus.
