Great experience I bought a new NX300 this week--had such a good experience. My salesperson was Devyn Williams, who listened, understood, and graciously assisted me--showing me exactly what I was interested in and shepherding me through all the steps that followed. I am so happy to have worked with him and highly recommend him. Kevin White was direct and very helpful; I appreciate him. I also had a very good experience with Frank Justin, the finance manager, who explained my options, answered my questions, listened to me--and did not push me, even as he thoughtfully made suggestions that were specifically geared toward my individual needs. And, finally, I was assisted by Damond Mills, a tech specialist, who guided me through the amazing new tools available to me in this car. I had a question when I got home, and he immediately took my call and told me what I needed to do--I did it, and it worked--so helpful, so easy! This was a great team. Devyn is a terrific salesperson! I had just dropped my Land Rover off for repair yesterday (recently out of warranty) and as I was leaving, I stopped for what I thought would be a few I had just dropped my Land Rover off for repair yesterday (recently out of warranty) and as I was leaving, I stopped for what I thought would be a few minutes to look at the Lexus SUV's. I had one long ago and my friends who now do are very happy. Devyn approached me very politely and asked if he could be of help. He received the "no just looking" reply. He nicely offered to answer any questions I may have and asked if he could give me his card...instead of shoving it in my face. He knew the inventory and was further prepared with a pricing cheat sheet in his pocket. We discussed both certified pre-owned as well as new. I didn't know about the NX so he filled me in on them and compared the features and size difference with the RX. I was offered to test drive one. Why not. Long story longer, by 5 pm, I was driving away in the downpour with my brandy new NX. Devyn was proactive and had a hunch I might truly be interested and had the car prepped and under the overhang out front while I came home to fetch my Land Rover payoff info. He gently nudged me into thinking about trading in my Land Rover that day. It wasn't in my game-plan, but it made sense. Because Devyn spent the time showing me all of the interior features and what all of the gadgets did, I felt comfortable driving away...even in a monster thunderstorm. I trained salespeople for 18 years and Devyn "just gets it". Great people skills, does his homework, knows his stuff and, most importantly, is a great human being. I'm not sure I would have moved forward on this if it were not for Devyn. It was a great experience with Kevin, Chuck and Scott also. I'm anxious to take my new NX out for a spin! Great shopping experience Eric was great from the first initial contact I made with him via phone conversation after I called to inquire about a Lexus LS 460. And once I arrived I wasnt even outside looking at vehicles for 5 mins before he immediately came out and recognized and greeted me making me feel welcome and respected. Not to mention he already had the vehicle in question pulled up "Valet Style'right up front awaiting my arrival. He was very personable and polite. I was comfortable to work with him from our 1st handshake. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all its intricate features. Although Kevin didnt give me the price I wanted(Lol) Eric definitely made up for it when I came back to pick up my car. He payed great attention to detail and had the car Immaculate upon my arrival. He even went as far as to put touch up paint on All the areas I had in question to my satisfaction while I did my finance paperwork with Chuck. Who was very friendly also and provided me with great comfort of my purchase as I signed my owners documents. I had never purchased a Lexus before but this buying experience will definitely be in my mind when it's time to upgrade or make another vehicle purchase in future. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a Lexus or any other used vehicle to take a drive down to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota for the best dealership experience. And I live a hour 1/2 away in Tampa but will gladly make the trip at the drop of a dime. Quality cats and quality service are unforgettable. Eric and the whole staff were Great but the Beautiful Crystal White LS 460 is even better. I Love this Luxury vehicle and reccomend this brand to any Luxury Car Consumer... 10 Stars from me... He was very nice and I passed him along to my husband. My husband is a super particular and had Jim send him several pictures. We put down a deposit and bought to plane tickets. We flew from Asheville, NC to Sarasota, Fl. We were picked up at the airport by a very nice man from Wilde. He brought us to the dealership. We loved the car, it was exactly as described. We met with the Frank, the finance manager and he was really great as well. We drove the car back to Asheville and are really happy with our purchase. Would most definitely recommend this dealership.
