I knew I didn’t want a car of the same brand and everyone knows how’s reliable Lexus vehicles are. I walked in to Wilde Lexus and was greeted by Curt who was very friendly. He listened to my situation. He worked out a plan to make my getting my non-drivable vehicle from another dealership to there’s. Wilde still gave me money for my trade despite its condition. Also Curt and the people of Wilde Lexus were very considerate of my tight time schedule. They also provided me with a ride from the other dealership to there’s when I had to turn in my loaner. Overall a very pleasant experience despite the high stress of the situation and I’m very happy with my vehicle. I am a resident of Sarasota and I am very loyal to all repair companies I work with. 1 plumber, 1 electrician, 1 car dealer. I understand it is a business they need to make money . I never took my Lexus to be serviced anywhere else, but I have felt over the last number of years that they are just trying to hustle me. Buy this, buy that , spend double for an oil change etc. I've had enough, they charged me $267 to plug an OBD reader in for 10 seconds to tell me that I need to spend over $800 to do the repair. No thank you , I went local found a small bussiness owner and he charged me a third of what Wilde Lexus tried to hustle me for. I will never go back . Thanks for nothing Debbie. More

In our dealings with Brad, we found him to be personable, affable, friendly, and very patient. His knowledge about Lexus was shown to be quite extensive and he seemed to be very experienced. In all of our dealings with Brad we felt that he was easy to work with, laid-back, and we did not feel pressured at any time. Brad and the beautiful Lexus RC Red Sport Coupe were the reasons that resulted in our purchase. He made the experience quite pleasant. We can see why he has many repeat customers.
