We didn't know that Lexus had a repair department until a kind lady at the desk recommended that we take the car to Lexus. The lady (we don't have her name) also assisted in acquiring a rental. Our salesman, GRANT GAUGLER, even assisted in transferring our items to the rental car. MARSHA NIGH AND BOB ACKERMAN were very helpful during the repair process in the body shop and JASON PETERS, our service rep was also very helpful.
