We recently leased two new cars from Wilde Lexus We have been Lexus drivers for several years but had never purchased or leased a new car from Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. Our previous experience was only with their service department. Curt Gosman, our sales associate, was extremely professional and very responsive to our needs. He did not pressure us during the process, which we greatly appreciated. The cars were available on schedule and Curt arranged for one of his associates to provide an orientation. I also had some follow-up questions after I started driving the car and one minor service matter. I contacted Curt and he handled everything timely and completely. I would recommend both Curt and Wilde Lexus to others. I should add that I don't remember the names of the others at Wilde who helped with our orientation and follow-up questions but they were very good as well. More

While I love the brand, my service experience over the last several years was a large part of the my decision to purchase another Lexus. I have owed 4 BMWs all of which came with a long list of bad experiences related to lack of dependability, rude employees and overpriced parts and labor. Dee Logan is honest, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Always a perfect experience from the time that I schedule my service appointment to when I pay my bill at the cashier.
