The salesman who facilitated our purchase was John Webb. John greeted us upon arrival and listened while we described the type of vehicle we were interested in. We had utilized the web site to identify potential vehicles and John efficiently provided pertinent information and showed us the available inventory. He also accompanied us on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and responded to all of our questions. He did not exercise any pressure (as many car salesmen are known to do) and engaged us with both his gentle manner and professional demeanor. We actually were only looking at vehicles when we visited the dealership, but concluded our visit having purchased an SUV. John was instrumental in guiding us through the process, negotiating the deal and efficiently concluding the process.
