The only negative on our dealer experience was when we were sent to the room to "complete the paperwork and write the check". Before we did any of that, we were treated to a hard sell of maintenance and extended warranty plans that totaled $7,739. This is our first Lexus and we were not familiar with the plans. A better approach would be to make customers aware of the plans ahead of closing so that the customer could consider them, and lighten up on the sales approach for the plans. More

Finally, Bill Longo spent as much time as I needed explaining all of the idiosyncrasies of the car so that I had a working knowledge of all of the new innovations that are part of this car.
