He also showed me the paperwork and features of the car I was interested in, answering all my questions clearly and concisely. David helped me to understand the GPS system since this is a new feature for me. He also walked me through the process of setting-up my Smartphone and again helping me to be able to use this feature. Frank clearly explained in detail what additional benefits I might want to add to my purchase to insure that I had the best coverage for future service of the car. He was very patient and not pushy, knew the car's features extremely well and made us feel very comfortable. His follow up was timely and he made the process extremely easy. At delivery, ALL of the features and how to use them were fully explained to us and the business office did not do a heavy sell on the add ons that were available. We drove over an hour to get there and the trip was well worth it. We felt we received a great deal on the car and will be back to see Rob on our next purchase. The other dealerships were not as organized and even had us drive to one of their other stores only to find out the car had been shipped to the East Coast several days ago and no longer on the lot.....what a waste of our time. Stick with Rob Kuhn at Wilde and you won't be disappointed! More
