Wilde Lexus is close to home so we decided to give the local Lexus dealer a try. We had contemplated getting a Honda CRV through Wilde Honda but began to discover that we could really get a lot more bang (and luxury) for our buck buying an RX 350 that was just a few years old. That's what we decided to do. We purchased a Certified Used RX350. Initially, we arrived at the shop to bring the 2004 ES 330 and talk about the fixes needed and see what we could potentially do in trade. That car was in great shape so we decided to bring the Volvo back that afternoon and trade that car in. Piece of cake, easy transaction and painless. What could have been a headache turned out to be a breeze. You go to Wilde Lexus and you feel like family almost instantly. From interaction with Steve H on the Internet, to a nice hand-off to Zack C to help us run numbers and test drive, to Frank for the financing portion and Tim for the service part. Before we were set to drive away - Bill L showed us the technology and made sure we were comfortable. A well-oiled machine that hums like it should. A real team approach and SUPER EASY. As a woman, I didn't feel talked down to or belittled ... the process was easy and respectful. We drove the car away the same day ... I've never done that!! First car I've ever bought where there wasn't a headache involved or a ton of haggling :) Truly, not a worry. Beautiful car, easy experience, nice people. We love our RX 350.
