Took it to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and Dee Logan from the service dept took pictures and got a approval from Lexus for new leather replacement under warranty. They furnished a new 2016 RX loner to drive while it was being repaired. Fixed like new in 1 day. Wow, such great service. I can honestly say Dee went beyond anything I expected and Wilde Lexus offered the best service I have ever found anywhere! More

Pre-Owned Purchase Issue I recently purchased a pre-owned RX 350 from Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. In general, I do not have an issue with the conduct of the salesman during the I recently purchased a pre-owned RX 350 from Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. In general, I do not have an issue with the conduct of the salesman during the sales process. He was low-key and not high pressure which I appreciated. However, he said he was missing the spare key. He wrote out an "We Owe You" form for this key and said that if he could not find the missing key, the shop could make one. A week goes by and I do not hear from him. I got the impression that if I had not called him, he was not going to call me (he had forgotten about the lost key). So I call him and he says he can't find the key and for me to come down for the service department to cut me a new key. This process took me 2.5 hours. From a process change standpoint, I think Wilde should never hand over a new or pre-owned car to the buyer without both keys in hand. In other words, the spare key should never go on a "We Owe You" form. Don't make the buyer have to come back and spend a lot of time getting the spare key made. Find the spare key or make a new one before the hand-off. More
