After being told I would have to wait another 3 weeks with the lame explanation that my new car was "still in the port", I called Robert at Wilde Lexus, explained the situation and within three days, Robert informed me that my new vehicle was ready to pick up. Robert kept me advised of trade-in allowances, title transfer and purchase price over the phone. I live 300 miles from Wilde Lexus. I had to send my wife to pick up the new car. She was treated extremely well, the new car options were explained to her and the financial end went extremely well. We are the proud owners of a new Lexus.
