Things have not been good economically in Michigan but they still, when needed, handle the situation and make everything work out. These folks actually know what loyalty is, both ways, and practice it. This latest purchase last week of another LS460 Dave called on the drive back to make sure I was using the new gadgets properly. Absolutely outstanding. If GM had a few Tom McOmbers then maybe Detroit would be in better shape. More

He doesn't let questioners drag him off the subject but answers all questions appropriately ("I'll be answering that question later." or "See me after the meeting and I can take you through the whole procedure."). He conducts one-on-one tutorials with a friendly, positive approach that makes learning easier. I have also been impressed with the way both men speak of the Wilde Lexus Dealership. Much of the success of the dealership can be attributed to the a team effort and it appears to me everyone at Wilde Lexus is on the team.
