After moving to Bradenton from Wv. we figured it was time to trade in our 07 Es 350 for a new one and Jack worked up a trade for us that we couldn't turn down but after 3 months we had a big problem 900 mile to trade in our 07 Es 350 for a new one and Jack worked up a trade for us that we couldn't turn down but after 3 months we had a big problem 900 miles from my truck and no way to haul big items. Again we got online with jack and after a few days and a lot of work on his part he got us a good trade on a brand new loaded Rx350. Knowing how hard it is to trade a brand new car in after we just bought it and get a deal that we really liked had had to take a lot of work from Jack. We trade about every 3 years so I hope Jack doesn't retire for quite some time. This dealer ship makes you feel like that they appreciate your business and want you to come back, not like a lot of dealerships that will sell you a car and hope they never see you again. We were on vacation and heading back to KY when our RX300 broke down. We were able to limp to Wilde on a Saturday morning. The engine was blown but Dee and Travis took excellent care of us with a loaner vehicle while they figured out the problems. we would have been taken advantage of in this situation by most any other dealer...but Dee and Travis were excellent in communications and explaining what had occurred to our vehicle. They showed us the defective parts and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The biggest item learned from this is that Wilde Lexus has INTEGRITY! What a pleasant surprise in this day and age. Dee and Travis should be commended by the Management for the way they handle these situations...they were extremely empathetic and actually cared about our situation and in helping us through it. we felt cared for. How many times would you ever expect to hear that describing a Service experience ...especially one where they didn't know us from beans!
