I had a simple problem--needed to replace a terminal on my battery. I spoke with Keith who told me to call him directly when I was out doing errands and he would take care of it quickly while I waited. W my battery. When I arrived, he was there and had me pay the bill while he fixed it. The bill was $25. This all took about 10 minutes. He then offered me a free wash while I enjoyed a complimentary Coke. Now how do you improve on that?? Do it all with a smile and a laugh which he did! Great guy, great place, great car. More

On the 28th of August I arrived to talk to Noah Hochberg about an Rx 350 he had indicaded we might have interest in. We took the car on a road test and liked the the vehicle. We had mentioned several things that we had some concerns about and he introduced us to Avi who assured us the issues would be taken care of immediately. Met with Dean in finance And he was very helpful in the process of the financing and warranty information. Needless to say we left the dealer with our newer vehicle. The next morning we were preparing to sit in the vehicle and learn all the nuances it had to offer and found it would not start. We called Hoah and he had Avi get back to us right away. They delivered a loaner for us and picked up our vehicle. All the problems were taken care of and we had our car back the next day. I think the dealship went well beyond just the immediate concerns to make sure we were satisfied and our concerns were allieviated. I would do business with them again and I will certainly take my vehicle to them for service. I had and existing RX that they serviced for four years. I would highly recommend them. So much so that we felt compelled to come and see it even though the interior was not our first choice of color. Upon meeting Chez he had the same personality that we had heard on the phone. His manner was very professional,not pushy like some salesmen. We purchased the vehicle as he was correct in his description. We love it. We phoned Chez to tell him we needed a new cabin filter and the headphones and remote that go with the rear DVD system. Chez made an appointment for us to return to the dealership today. He promised to do his best to locate the headphones and remote. We were met curbside at service department upon arrival and escorted into the waiting room. My husband met with Chez and sure enough he had located the items in question. We were very pleased and happy with his service. He is definitely an asset to your business. John, the service tech showed us the dirty filter as my husband had requested. He was also very personable. Our overall experience comes up no less than excellent. This is the third Lexus that my husband and I have purchased from Wilde. We have never had a problem with Lexus reliability, which is more than I can say about the other luxury cars we have owned. Tom McComber was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out what had been changed in the last three years (we traded in a 2007 model). In addition, the customer relationship was not over when we drove out of the parking lot. We received follow up phone calls, emails and training. While we attended a dealership sponsored class on the use of the navigation system, we also received a complimentary car wash. The following week David Trimble came out to our house and spent an hour coaching us on the navigation system and taught us how to use the new features. This is a top notch dealership that offers excellent service. Every employee is friendly and helpful. If you bring your car in for service, you have the choice of borrowing another Lexus, or waiting at the dealership. If you choose to stay at the dealership, Wilde has provided comfortable lounges with TV and refreshments as well as computers with internet access. Did I mention that my husband really likes the complimentary car washes? More
