I was visiting Sarasota for 2 days from Orlando. On the highway when I went over 70 miles per hour, the steering wheel seemed to vibrate. Scared me. I stopped at Lexis dealership in Sarasota, and asked if they could check out vibration. Well, I was in waiting room 3 hours!! And still didn’t come up with the problem said I needed 2 new tires , which I didn’t believe. It cost me about $200. To just check the vibration. Here they are checking other things like air filter, etc😳. After being so upset, I told them I was leaving. I had tire dealer I bought tires from when I got back home. They said they were fine!! Really!! I So that’s why I gave a rating of 1. I figured I was ripped off! More

I had a great experience with Lexus of Sarasota at my first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily.
