I scheduled for my maintainance and was told it would take 3 hours. So I asked for a car loaner which evidently is available on Wednesday's, it took me a while to get an appointment. Got there and was told I only needed a tire rotation and that the car was due back at 5:00. I would have rather sat in your lounge and waited for my car. It was a real hardship! I was not at all happy with the way Lisa explained how the dynamics would work out, but then she accommodated my service that had to be done and the return loaner car time. Lexus should have told me what type of service I was to have done and then explain in detail how the loaner car works, so I could plan my work day around the proper information involving my service.
