Our very trusted and competent Service Advisor Jason Peters is fantastic! The apparent new management policy to maximize service profits, not so much. There are many Lexus owners in our community and all we have talked to agree that Lexus service costs have become sufficiently excessive, in some cases unreasonably so, that they are contemplating replacing their Lexus. One neighbor told us that he was informed that his Lexus required $23,00.00 in repairs! My wife was told that her trouble free, moderately driven ES-330 required $8,000.00 of “routine maintenance”. When she investigated the alternative of a newer pre-owned Lexus, the rude attitude of the Pre-owned Manager resulted in our becoming a now one Lexus family. I still love my Lexus, and because I trust Jason Peters absolutely, I plan to keep it unless management policy makes this infeasible. We sincerely hope that the feedback you are currently receiving from Lexus owners will result in management policy modifications that will restore the confidence and pleasure that we have always enjoyed as proud Lexus owners. More

Clearly there needs to be a second dealer. 96 appts on the day I needed to bring my car for a flat tire change under warranty. 2 hours waiting and 45 minute drive each way. . 20 minutes just 96 appts on the day I needed to bring my car for a flat tire change under warranty. 2 hours waiting and 45 minute drive each way. . 20 minutes just to get the car checked in outside, then 20 to get it assigned to a service rep. Mostly HATE the phone system. Impossible to reach someone who knew about the warranty and how to get me in (I was running on the donut tire). Never will buy/lease another car from this dealer....and sad, because I love LEXUS More
