Very simple. 105,000 service. The tech put the wrong wiper blades on. I drove 30 minutes and and then realized the problem. I drove straight back. Of course, it 105,000 service. So it cost me an hour and a half not to mention mileage and gas. Stupid! Nobody checks the work? I will do what I can to not come back More
