Love this dealership, but they’ve gotten very busy and in addition to sales, they need to take more time on preparing, and informing long term customers. I came in to purchase my vehicle, and it should not addition to sales, they need to take more time on preparing, and informing long term customers. I came in to purchase my vehicle, and it should not have taken 3 hours. I also would have preferred to have more info about the different warranty’s and service packages. It was really confusing. My cars buy out was “33,000 and almost 10,000 was added for a not so great package. I know that includes sales tax, but almost 8000 more for an extra 2 years is not great. Lexus should have done better. I’ve handed in many cars under 10,000 miles throughout the years. I’m disappointed and when I came home my husband said, “What”! More
