After losing my new car in hurricane Ian, I was shopping at a local dealership and noticed a NX300 and decided to look go look on Lexus of Sarasota's website. I picked out my car and was called within the hour by James Guttridge, he was so kind and understanding about what I was going through. I asked to come in early on Saturday and be done as quick as possible, between James and Kenny we were in and out within the hour. Since I have never owned a Lexus, Sara came out and went over everything in my car gave me her card and said call anytime. I told James I will be a Lexus owner from here on out.
