Love this dealership, but they’ve gotten very busy and in addition to sales, they need to take more time on preparing, and informing long term customers. I came in to purchase my vehicle, and it should not have taken 3 hours. I also would have preferred to have more info about the different warranty’s and service packages. It was really confusing. My cars buy out was “33,000 and almost 10,000 was added for a not so great package. I know that includes sales tax, but almost 8000 more for an extra 2 years is not great. Lexus should have done better. I’ve handed in many cars under 10,000 miles throughout the years. I’m disappointed and when I came home my husband said, “What”! More

If I could give Brian 6 stars, I would. After losing my new car in hurricane Ian, I was shopping at a local dealership and noticed a NX300 and decided to look go look on Lexus of Sarasota's website. I picked out my car and was called within the h at a local dealership and noticed a NX300 and decided to look go look on Lexus of Sarasota's website. I picked out my car and was called within the hour by James Guttridge, he was so kind and understanding about what I was going through. I asked to come in early on Saturday and be done as quick as possible, between James and Kenny we were in and out within the hour. Since I have never owned a Lexus, Sara came out and went over everything in my car gave me her card and said call anytime. I told James I will be a Lexus owner from here on out. I also had the pleasure of seeing the service department. This is an amazing dealership and service department. More
