I was very impressed with the service. Roman made it so fast and easy. When I used to go to BMW I would wait for an hour to process the service and loaner but at Lexus I was out in minutes. They didn’t eve fast and easy. When I used to go to BMW I would wait for an hour to process the service and loaner but at Lexus I was out in minutes. I felt very well taken care of and it reminded me why I chose to buy a new Lexus, because of the quality and service! More
