My wife and I came to Lexus San Diego to take a look at some of their NX and RX models. Purchased my first rx350 from Lexus San Diego 15 years ago, and I returned recently to upgrade to the 2026 rx350h. He was polite and helpful throughout the process, never pushy. Only thing I didn't like was that they added “options” that weren’t really optional like paint protection film, door jam protectors and tint. These features were said to be added to all of their vehicles, and at a premium, so not really l optional. More
