Michael the service guy was amazing and friendly. The wait time of an hour was too much to then find out that it would take 2 hours for the car to be finished. I received excellent service from the service rep Ramon. There was a problem with the tow truck driver; he refused to wear a mask when he showed up. I offered him one and he refused and then got back in t There was a problem with the tow truck driver; he refused to wear a mask when he showed up. He was reported to the Lexus road service and another tow truck was dispatched and this driver was very courteous, wore a mask and did a great job loading my car and delivering it to San Diego Lexus.
