I had a cilajet service done and from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, I was not happy with the service. I bought the car brand new and it had a scratch on the steering wheel that I did in the door until the time I left, I was not happy with the service. I asked Rick if he could look into it, but got a non-customer service response. I have already dealt with the problem; however, I wanted to make a note about this particular service person because he told me there was no way to fix my problem unless I bought a whole new steering wheel and a detail guy fixed it in about 10 min. More
