He accomplished this by asking the right questions and by genuinely listening to what I was expecting from a vehicle, warranty, and the dealership. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the services Lexus had to offer, from an extended warranty to other services available long after I drove my new Lexus off of the lot. It was a great experience and Randy made it easy. I absolutely love my Lexus and feel he did find the "best fit" for what I was looking for. I would refer friends and associates to Randy McQuaid.
