Lexus was our first stop when we began our search for a new car. Upon arrival, we met YOKO TSUTSUI who instantly felt like a friend. She was friendly, informative and answered every question we had. What I think I loved best was that neither of them were pushy or once said, “What’s it going to take to get you to buy right now?” Rather, she asked what else we were planning to look at and showed me the model consumer ratings. She told me to have a fun day and to reach out with any questions. Suffice it to say, we looked at a Cadillac which the salesman was as corny and pushing as we had dreaded, and the car didn’t even come close to what we had experienced with the Lexus! Our search was officially over, but our experience was not!! Due to recent foot surgery, I was unable to drive, so YOKO scheduled me for a remote signing and delivered the car to us HERSELF! She trained me on the features and made sure I felt completely comfortable with a car I personally have yet to drive!! I would highly recommend Lexus as it’s become my new all-time favorite in just a short period of time, as well as YOKO who is an amazing sales representative who goes the extra mile to ensure complete client satisfaction!!
