Anything she wasn’t familiar with she was more than happy to find out for me. She also didn’t pressure me, which I truly appreciated. I usually dread going to get a new car because it takes so long and it just feels like you’re never getting the deal you expected. Leaving with my new car, I definitely felt like it was a win win. I feel great about the deal I got. From beginning to end my recent experience couldn’t have gone any better. I will definitely purchase from Tracy and Akron Canton Lexus in the future! More
