They really do their jobs, especially my service man, Ed T. He checked and pointed to me my tires that I didn't see was really bad already and can cause me an accident. I love Lexus of Arlington. I always get the best service and the customer experience is excellent. The Service team is the best that I have ever experienced. The receptionist at the service desk for pickup and the customer experience is excellent. The Service team is the best that I have ever experienced. The receptionist at the service desk for pickup and payment is the best ever. She is so friendly and makes sure ai had a good experience. She is so wonderful. The service staff and technicians care about my safety and always look out for me. I always get a nice, beautiful clean car when they finish. I bought my SUV there when they first opened on the day they opened and will never go anywhere else!
