Unpleasant. Poor communication. Pressured to get services that it turned out I didn't need. When I asked questions, service representative became condescending and just kept repeating the same thing over and that it turned out I didn't need. The sales experience was super high pressure, basically left us to sweat it out for hours. I sincerely believe they hate their customers... I don't trust them to take care of my car so won't be back.
