30000 checkup and recall 1st class from start to finish. Terry explained to me what should be completed during this visit. Requested a loaner and even given a choice of w 1st class from start to finish. Terry explained to me what should be completed during this visit. Requested a loaner and even given a choice of what I could drive! The only problem I was told was downloading new software which took longer than expected. By having a loaner this really did not cause any problems for me. Will be back at the next schedule maintenance for our 350 LX...at 40000 More
