Engine would not start 3 time a week, After 1st problem, i jumped and drove car enough to recharge battery. However it did not start again. Because of this problem, I visited you for service. You checked i jumped and drove car enough to recharge battery. However it did not start again. Because of this problem, I visited you for service. You checked battery and it turned out battery was ok. Because battery test was ok you did not use battery warranty and charged for new battery. When lexus makes new car, they test all parts and release. Nevertheless sometimes they have recall. As the same token, I can say even your battery test was ok but there still were problem test cannot fine the problems. If battery test was ok, I should not have problem but I had battery problem. I do not understand why you refused to cover battery warranty even I had battery problem 3 times a week. I would not take care of customer like this. Machine did not lie I did not lie I had battery problem but you refused to use warranty More

Don't issue gift card if you don't intend to honor them I recently received an Arlington Lexus gift card from the salesman who sold me my car. He said I could redeem it either for service on my car or for I recently received an Arlington Lexus gift card from the salesman who sold me my car. He said I could redeem it either for service on my car or for parts. Since my service visits are free, I figured the only way to use the card would be to buy parts. That should have been a pleasant experience but it was nowhere close to that. The parts guy, Adam Lemke, refused to honor the gift card, claiming it could only be used for service not parts. After that issue got straightened out between Lemke and my salesman, I proceeded to purchase the parts only to discover that Adam had raised the price quote on all the items without my knowledge or consent, When I called him on this, he said he decided to withdraw my Senior discount on the parts since I was using a gift card. According to Mr. Lemke, I could only have one or the other but not both. Whatever! In the future I will be buying my parts from Woodfield Lexus. More
