Fast and Efficient My service was scheduled at 7am. I let Mike Librizzi know a few days before my service that my schedule had changed and I had to go straight to work a My service was scheduled at 7am. I let Mike Librizzi know a few days before my service that my schedule had changed and I had to go straight to work after I bring my car in. Mike prepped all of the paperwork ahead of time so that I could get in an out when I dropped off my car. I arrived at 6:45am and was out of the service center at 6:50am!!! I made it to work with 7 minutes to spare! Mike's customer service was absolutely outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure I could make it to work on time. The only downside to my visit was when my car was brought up front it still had the plastic on the seat and the paper on the floor. While I appreciate the precautions taken to keep my car clean, I would have appreciated them being removed prior to me picking up my car. More
