Complete satisfaction The last time I was in for an oil change, my service advisor: Jose Garcia, pointed out to me at issue I had was my right front axle boot. While there was not in immediate need to resolve, he urged me to do it sometimes soon. This past week I called and made an appointment, scheduled a loaner, had that work done as well as another oil change, a flush of the radiator fluid, and a few other items. My car is now ready for another Chicago winter. Jose and the entire team did a wonderful job. Everyone was very courteous, very responsive, and above all communicated very well. My big complete with other dealerships was always the surprise you get when you go to pick up the car and pay the bill. The reason I love these guys, is they don’t provide any surprises. Jose and I discussed everything BEFORE the work is done, and the bill is what was quoted. More
