Edwin is the man. Arlington Lexus is the place I just bought a 2008 SC430. This is my dream car and I wanted to make sure it came without any hidden problems. I brought it in on Monday without pre I just bought a 2008 SC430. This is my dream car and I wanted to make sure it came without any hidden problems. I brought it in on Monday without previous appointment. Edwin checked in the car and 10 min later I was on my way with a loaner car. Thorough inspection, alignment, belts, water pump, flushed fluids. Everything done in three hours . Before the pickup, Edwin showed to me the vehicle’s service history, explained the inspection results and recommended future services. Before coming in I did shop around for quotes with other Lexus dealerships and authorized shops. The Arlington Lexus came on top and when it came to a payment they accepted one of their service coupons which lowered the total bill. I hate writing reviews but if you take a proper care of my “baby”, it’s a different story. Button line; pleasantly surprised and highly recommend them! More

Bad Communication I emailed and phoned about getting a remote starter in my Lexus. I got a return email saying someone would contact me-no one did. I called the service I emailed and phoned about getting a remote starter in my Lexus. I got a return email saying someone would contact me-no one did. I called the service department. The person said that is a different department and took my number. He said it would give it to a someone in the correct area who would call and help me that day-nothing. This officially dealership ranks worse than Woodfield Lexus. More

Very efficient I came in for an oil change and when you come in they check you alignment. Sure enough the rear wheels were out.
