Service coupons not appreciated here Brought car in for oil change using a $25 coupon sent to me by the dealer. When I got there they did not have my reservation in the system. Service rep Jose not happy we had an oil change could not find my reservation in system. Got up walked out to the cars where you enter while we were sitting at his desk and did not say why he was leaving us sitting at his desk. He came back didn't say why he left, processed the oil change information. Gave me a buzzer that he was going to use when the car was ready, he never used it. He called me and left a voicemail saying he had information about my car not that the car was ready. I had to call him back while I was in the waiting room just for him to say the car is ready. Then when I went to pay he was so mad that I was using a $25 coupon that said for any service. He argued with me that this is almost as good as getting the service for free. I said I'm sorry I told the guy when I made my reservation I was going to use the coupon and he said fine. I've use this coupon for oil changes before without any problems. He said he had to go get approval from a manager. I said great I will be happy to talk to that manager if there are any problems. A Few minutes later he came back and just said okay fine managers are all gone I took the $25 off go ahead you can have the discount. He was definitely not happy that I used the $25 off coupon and it was very unprofessional the way he acted. I did not feel like a valued customer and I felt like I was bothering him. I won't go back for any service on my car at this dealership anymore. More

Emergency repair - Fri afternoon before Labor Day Had a dead battery and needed a replacement....but this happened @3pm on Friday before Labor Day weekend.....the wait alaone for a car wash was 3+hrs. Had a dead battery and needed a replacement....but this happened @3pm on Friday before Labor Day weekend.....the wait alaone for a car wash was 3+hrs. But the Service guys worked with me to get the battery swapped out and me back on the road by 5pm. I was very happy it was able to be squeezed in and taken care of. The rating for the service for this day is outstanding. More
