Poor shopping experience Was drawn to dealer by promise of best price in the area but it did not happen. Made a 40 mile trip and was referred to someone other than the salesperson I had been corresponding with. Clearly indicated that I was not in a position to purchase on that day but was given the " this price is only good today" routine. Price on new vehicle didn't even match the original internet quote and the value of my trade-in, which was reportedly wholesale value, turned out to be $2,500 LOWER than that offered by another dealer, whose price on the new vehicle was also better. Salesperson focused on lease payments and was hesitant to even share the selling price of the vehicle. Finally, when it was time to leave, I had to retrieve the key fob to our trade-in vehicle from the front desk, which made it necessary to receive another pitch from the General Manager. Dealer is new, large, and has many amenities, but does not conduct business like we are accustomed to by a Lexus dealer. More

Yes it was old, but it ran well and it held so many memories fro When our beloved RX300 SUV needed repairs we decided to buy another vehicle instead. Yes it was old, but it ran well and it held so many memories from bringing our second newborn home from the hospital to being the vehicle used for driving lessons for our oldest son over the span of years! We never hesitated to purchase another Lexus after many years of excellent service in the many states that we have lived in. We have used the Arlington Lexus in Palatine service since we relocated to Illinois 8 years ago. We knew that we wanted an SUV (we have a big dog), and after test driving the RX400h and RX350 we made a same day purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned RX350. Both Mustafa and Hugh made the entire experience enjoyable. They were both very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and we got a great deal on a wonderful SUV that my family loves. Time to make more memories! When our ES300 needs replacement, we know exactly where to go and we know that Arlington Lexus in Palatine will offer excellent choices, expertise, customer service and that we will get a great deal on our purchase. I'm a car girl, I go to school for automotives and plan on teaching some day, so I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in and Ed Pappas found me exactly what I was looking for within minutes! Its like he read my mind:) ive had the car almost a week this Friday and its the best car I've ever had, its comfortable, sporty, stylish, and safe, its everything Ive always dreamed of and more! Ed made the stressful and overwhelming process of car buying easy and pleasant, and kept everything simple and was very straight forward. Most of the time being a girl guys tend to seem like they're trying to take advantage of that fact and think you don't know enough and are really pushy, but Ed let me tell him what I was looking for and catered to my needs and wants, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for a car again. I'm officially a loyal Lexus lover now, I can't see myself any happier in anything else ever again:) everything about the situation was nothing but right and the staff was absolutely the kindest people ever!!they even gave me a huge orchid flower when I bought the car, now Thats appreciation right there!!:) my favorite kind of flower too. I couldn't be more happy with my decision going here and buying from here and I couldn't be more happy with my salesman Ed Pappas!
