I was very pleased that even thought I was dealing with only salesmen they never questioned the fact that I was buying the vehicle without my husband. I was treated with respect and professionalism. This time I had the pleasure to deal with a new salesman who made my experience even more pleasurable. His name is Muhammed Patel. He assisted me with all the documents because my salesman, (who is great) Juan Estela was off that day. Muhammed was very attentive and he make sure that my vehicle arrived on time. Peter was also very helpful explaining the new navigational system. Jesse was great. He worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the financing on my own. Chuck was so kind to take me for a test drive of the new GX model, he did not have to do this because he was not the salesman. My overall experience was great. We have purchased three Lexus vehicles prior to this fourth purchase. After visiting several different dealers trying to find the exact car we were interested in,my husband and I decided to make one las fourth purchase. After visiting several different dealers trying to find the exact car we were interested in,my husband and I decided to make one last stop at Arlington Lexus in Palatine. We were greeted by Alex Castro . He asked us what we were interested in and listened to me explain the things that were important to me. Immediately, he had two possible choices, fitting my criteria brought around for us to look at. He took the time to go over the different options with the two vehicles. After some consideration, we sat down to go over some numbers. By this time it was after hours, Alex never made us feel a sense of urgency to make our decision. After sometime we decided to think about our options. In the couple of days we took to decide, Alex never hounded us. When my husband called him to let him know we were coming back in to finish negotiations and make a deal, Alex gladly came in on his day off to accommodate us. Our positive experience didn't end there, the next day after taking purchase of our beautiful new vehicle, I scraped the side of the car on the garage door frame. I called Alex and explained the mishap. He told me to bring it in. He brought the car directly to the detail guys in back, who kindly buffed it right out in no time at all. They made it look like nothing had happened. It is nice to know that once you sign on the dotted line, you still have a salesperson who is still there to help you! Beyond spending the money on another luxury vehicle, this has been the BEST car buying experience by far. I am sure we will not hesitate to return to Arlington Lexus and Alex Castro for our next Lexus purchase. More
