This was the sixth Lexus we have purchased from ALIP and the most pleasant experience, by far. No pressure, friendly and helpful staff. Then Chuck made another follow-up call the day after the purchase to see if we were satisfied. Not sure what Chuck's position is but he's a wonderful ambassador for ALIP. Very friendly, great sense of humor. Kudos to Terry who went to great lengths to acclimate us to the nuances of the new car and to Curt, who made the paperwork for the sale a fast and easy experience.
