I went to the dealership to change the oil. After work was complete, I checked a deepstick and it was dirty and dark like the oil has never been changed. The service rep. told me that this is normal for o was complete, I checked a deepstick and it was dirty and dark like the oil has never been changed. The service rep. told me that this is normal for oil not to be light but agreed to change it again for my comfort. After the change, I checked the oil again and was clean and light like it should be (I check my oil after every oil change on all my cars and it is always light and clean after the change). The service rep. has never apploligized or accepted the fact that technician did not change the oil. By the way, the oil change is $55.00. I will never go to this place again. More

Curt in Finance walked us through a number of options which we politely declined and he still spent time answering our questions. When we went to pick up the car, Terry spent all the time we needed to walk us through the features. Haresh in service was very obliging and even squeezed us in for our first maintenance without an appointment since there was a scheduling mix-up. If we were to buy another Lexus, it will definitely be from Hugh at Arlington Lexus. More

This is my third Lexus I purchased from Arlington Lexus. I worked with Hugh Stinnette to help to identify a "new" 2012 Lexus ES350 with 5,000 or less miles on it. Hugh worked with me on the pricing and helped me secure an additional $1,000 off the vehicle by taking advantage of a Lexus Finance additional discount for repeat Lexus customers. Hugh was professionally persistent in his follow-up and got the deal done, once I had a settlement from my insurance company because of a car accident. Arlington Lexus does a great job of keeping me coming back by offering free car washes for the life of the vehicle. As we all know, clean cars drive better. More
